Accessible, convenient, essential – find it at Fremlin

We’re here to make your visit to Fremlin Walk as smooth and comfortable as possible. With clean toilets, accessible facilities such as a Changing Places toilet and other helpful extras, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy your time at Fremlin Walk.

  • Toilets, baby changing and accessible facilities are located opposite the Centre Management office at 62 Earl Street.

Changing Places facilities are specially designed to cater to individuals with complex disabilities who require additional space and equipment to use the restroom safely and independently. Such as including ample space for wheelchair users to manoeuvre comfortably, a height-adjustable changing bench, and a hoist.

For more information click here to visit the Changing Places’ website.

  • We are very conscious of the needs of breast feeding mothers when shopping at Fremlin Walk and provide a quiet room with feeding facilities within our centre management offices to feed your baby in comfort and privacy.

Please visit the centre management office located opposite the public toilets to gain access, or call 01622 356 580 for more information.

  • New Photobooth on Level 1 of our car park!

Say cheese! There’s now a photobooth on Level 1 of the car park – perfect for fun snaps with friends or quick, convenient passport photos. Pop by next time you visit and capture the moment!

  • There is a chemist within Boots.

  • Call 01622 356 580 to book (24 hours notice required).

  • There is one ATM cash machine located at Barclays.

  • Sometimes we all need a little space away from the hustle and bustle, so Fremlin Walk will now be providing a quiet room situated within our Centre Management office, opposite our public toilet facilities

The facility is available for staff and guests to use and is easily accessed by asking a member of staff for assistance, or by calling 01622 356 580 for more information.

  • Loneliness has affected more people than ever before over the past few years, so we’ve set up our “You’ve Got a Friend at Fremlin” campaign to help raise awareness of the steps we can take to address it 💚

If you feel lonely or need someone to talk to whilst you’re visiting us here at Fremlin Walk, go and take a seat on our Buddy Bench, located at the top of the Earl Street stairs. We have a mental health first aider on site who will be happy to come and sit with you.

Alternatively, you might just be looking for a fellow shopper to chat to. Taking a seat on our Buddy Bench is a signal that you’re open to chat to whoever comes and sits next to you.
