CAR PARK

The car park at Fremlin Walk has 760 spaces, with 26 parking spaces for customers with disabilities.

Note there is a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

Motorcycles are permitted to park free of charge in Fremlin Walk’s car park, and there are two bays allocated for their use just inside both entrances.

The car park operates a Pay on Foot scheme and pay stations are located on all levels by the main lifts.

If you lose your car park token, please go to the pay machine and press the help button for assistance.

The car park is maintained and managed so that it meets the standards to be annually awarded the prestigious Park Mark™ award for safety. The scheme is aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime and is managed by the British Parking Association and is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Sunday – Friday:

0 to 1 hour – £2.50
1 – 2 hours – £3.00
2 – 3 hours – £3.60
3 – 4 hours – £4.60
4 – 5 hours – £6.00
5+ hours – £11.20

Saturday:

0-2 hours – £3.80
2-4 hours – £6.30
4-6 hours – £10.60
6+ hours – £11.70

Lost Token – £16.20
Enter after 19:00 and exit before 23:30 – £2.10

Saba have introduced a new monthly permit for £90.00 per month and customers are able to purchase this online here or via the Saba Parking UK app. Alternatively you can scan the QR code below.

Toilets and Baby Changing

There are male, female (including baby changing facilities) and disabled toilets located on Level 2 of the car park, next to the lifts and steps by the Fremlin Archway, Earl Street.

There are also toilets in the House of Fraser.

Family toilets are also available at Fremlin Walk.

Breast Feeding

We are very conscious of the needs of breast feeding mothers when shopping at Fremlin Walk and provide a quiet room with feeding facilities within our centre management offices to feed your baby in comfort and privacy.

Photo Processing

A range of photo processing services are available in Boots.

There is also a photo booth on level 1 of the car park where you can get passport photos from.

Pharmacy

There is a chemist within Boots.

Wheelchair Hire

Call 01622 356584 to book (24 hours notice required).

ATMS

There is one ATM cash machine located at Barclays.

Quiet Room

Sometimes we all need a little space away from the hustle and bustle, so Fremlin Walk will now be providing a quiet room situated within our Centre Management office, opposite our public toilet facilities.

The facility is available for staff and guests to use and is easily accessed by asking a member of staff for assistance, or by calling 01622 356 580 for more information.
