Fremlin Walk Maidstone – Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions run by Fremlin Walk Maidstone on its official Instagram and Facebook channels.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Fremlin Walk Maidstone (“the Centre”). Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of Fremlin Walk Maidstone, its retailers, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition may be excluded from entering.
3. How to Enter
Entry instructions will be detailed in the relevant competition post.
Only entries that fully comply with the instructions will be considered valid.
No purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated.
4. Competition Period
The closing date and time for entries will be clearly stated in the competition post.
Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
5. Prize
The prize(s) will be exactly as described in the competition post.
No cash alternatives, exchanges, or substitutions will be offered.
Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected fairly from all valid entries.
Winners will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and no later than two (2) weeks after the competition closing date.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided for the purpose of administering the competition.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of initial contact, Fremlin Walk Maidstone reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
Fremlin Walk Maidstone will never ask for bank details.
7. Prize Fulfilment & Collection
Once a winner has been confirmed, Fremlin Walk Maidstone will arrange the prize as soon as reasonably possible.
The timing of prize fulfilment may be affected by third parties involved in providing the prize; Fremlin Walk Maidstone cannot be held responsible for delays outside of its control.
All prizes must be collected in person from Fremlin Walk Maidstone.
Prizes will not be posted or couriered under any circumstances.
Prize collection is available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, unless otherwise stated.
If the prize is not collected within 30 days of contact, the prize will be withdrawn.
Winners must present valid photo ID when collecting their prize.
8. Failure to Collect
If a winner is unable or unwilling to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including prize collection requirements, Fremlin Walk Maidstone reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
9. Conduct
Fremlin Walk Maidstone will not tolerate rude, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards its staff, partners, or online community.
Any entrant behaving in this manner may be disqualified at the Centre’s discretion.
10. Disqualification
Fremlin Walk Maidstone reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner at any time if it believes the Terms and Conditions have been breached or if fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour is suspected.
11. Withdrawal or Amendment
Fremlin Walk Maidstone reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel a competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
12. Data Protection
Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
13. General
By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
