This August, why not enjoy a meal out for less?
The Government’s ‘Eat out to help out‘ scheme runs every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in August, giving 50% discounts of up to £10 per person on a sit-down meal.
How does it work?
Participating outlets will apply the discount automatically on the entire bill (except alcohol and service charges), and you can use the discount for as many visits as you want!
PLUS, some outlets are still running additional discounts alongside this – so it’s worth checking for other offers before visiting – but be sure to read the T&Cs carefully or ask in restaurant before ordering to avoid disappointment.
The Government’s 50% discount will be applied AFTER any other discounts. So for example, if you had a 20% off restaurant voucher, that would come off your bill first, and you’d then get a further 50% off whatever is left (from eligible items), up to a total discount of £10 per person.
