As Assistant Manager our ideal candidate will:

• be a successful Assistant Manager or Supervisor looking for their next challenge
• be sales focused and commercial with good retailing skills
• have a firm understanding of KPIs and how to drive them
• demonstrate effective planning and time management
• know your market customer type
• understand the key trends and identify customers’ needs, driving customer loyalty
• recruit the best people to deliver sales and service and convert sales
• manage performance effectively to ensure we train and develop the best people

Hours: 38 hours over 5 days per week.

As Part Time Sales Assistant we are looking for a self-motivated individual who:

• has a passion for fast fashion retail
• will provide excellent customer service in line with our sales standards and have previous experience working in this type of environment
