Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is run by Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.
2. The competition runs from the date of posting until 23:59 on 30th March 2024. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
3. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
4. Employees of Fremlin Walk, its stores, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter: Comment on the official competition post with your favourite Fremlin Walk memory, event, or store.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. 20 winners will each receive a £100 gift voucher to FRASERS.
8. Vouchers are subject to store availability and individual store terms & conditions.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
10. Winner MUST be able to collect their prize in person from Fremlin Walk Maidstone once their voucher is available. This will be communicated via the centre.
11. 20 winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
12. Winners will be announced on 3rd April 2024 via a reply to their comment and/or a direct message.
13. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in a new winner being selected.
14. By entering, participants agree to their name being used in winner announcements.
15. Fremlin Walk reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
16. Any entries deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified.
17. Personal details will only be used for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
18. Please note Fremlin Walk will not ask you to share personal information, donate money, or click a link to claim your prize.
19. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the prizes whatsoever.
20. The entrants’ personal information may be used only by our staff internally, for the purposes of the promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged. Friends tagged as part of the entry requirement will not be contacted.
21. The Promoters must make available on request the name and county of major prizewinners, by entering into the competition, you are consenting to this information being publicised.  Prizewinners will not be compromised by the publication of excessive personal information.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any circumstances out of The Promoter’s control mean that the competition prize advertised is not available, The Promoter reserves the right to (without prior notice): (a) cancel the promotion; and or (b) substitute the competition prize for another amount of less value.
