iCrack provides repair services for smartphones, tablets, computers and other electronic devices, with a particular focus on Apple products including iPhones and iPads.

The service covers a range of common device issues, including cracked or damaged screens, battery problems, charging port faults and water damage. Repairs are available through different options, including in-store walk-ins, a postal repair service and mobile call-out appointments.

Depending on the repair required, some in-store screen replacements can be completed within 15–30 minutes, while more complex repairs may take longer.

Repairs are covered by a one-year performance warranty, providing cover for the repair work carried out.
