1.  What are the opening hours at Fremlin Walk?

Normal opening hours at Fremlin Walk are:

Monday: 9am - 5.30pm

Tuesday: 9am - 5.30pm

Wednesday: 9am - 5.30pm

Thursday: 9am - 8pm

Friday: 9am - 5.30pm

Saturday: 9am - 6pm

Sunday: 10:30am - 4.30pm

Bank Holiday opening hours are 10.30am - 4.30pm.

2.  What about car parking?

Fremlin Walk has a 760-space car park, which is operated by Meteor.

The opening hours are:

An evening tariff of £1.50 applies after 7pm every day (exit before midnight)

The car park operates a pay on foot scheme.  Pay stations are located at every pedestrian entrance to the car park.

In the event of a lost car park ticket, customers should report to the Meteor office located on Level 1 of the car park, next to the lifts.  They will be charged the over 6 hours fee of £8 regardless of length of stay.

There is a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

3.  Where is the nearest bus stop and train station?

The nearest bus stops are found in Earl Street and St Faiths Street.  Maidstone East train station, with direct trains to London, Ashford and Canterbury, is just five minutes walk away.

4.  Where is the nearest taxi rank?

The nearest taxi rank is located in Earl Street, which is one of the street entrances to the shopping centre.

5. Where are the toilets located?

There are male, female and disabled toilet facilities located on Level 2 of the car park, next to the lifts and steps to the Fremlin Archway, Earl Street.  There are also toilets in House of Fraser.

6. Are there baby changing facilities at Fremlin Walk?

There are baby changing facilities located in the toilets on Level 2 of the car park at Fremlin Walk.

7. Is there a chemist on-site?

There is a pharmacy within Boots.

8.  Are there any cash points located at Fremlin Walk?

There are two Nationwide cash points located next to Thomas Cook.

9.  When do the cafes and restaurants open?

Caffe Nero and Costa Coffee have the same opening hours as the shopping centre.  Spanish restaurant La Tasca is open 12pm – 11pm seven days a week.

10. Is Fremlin Walk easily accessible?

Fremlin Walk is a new development and complies with recent legislation on accessibility.  There are 44 disabled parking spaces; lifts located in the car park and all multi-level stores; and disabled toilets are available behind Dr & Herbs and on Level 2 of the Fremlin Walk car park.
