Fremlin Walk Blog Back to School
Back to School!
Back to school – just thinking about it is enough to give you the shivers especially when we're all basking in the school holiday feeling!
However, if you're keen to get an idea of some of the latest goodies available for the students in your family, from college to nursery, we've scoured the shops at Fremlin Walk to gather some suggestions for setting them up for the new school year.
It wouldn't be Fremlin Walk without a trip to House of Fraser and we've selected two great 'preppy' style outfits for your older students - Hobbs has a great look for your girls, and the boys are looking pretty good too. There's also a terrific Arctic Fur Windcheater £74.99 from Superdry which will keep them cosy and dry.
Of course what every student, young or old, needs is stationery and Paperchase has something to suit all tastes. We love the Robotics lunch bag £12.00 and water bottles; plus notebooks for boys and girls whether they're into camouflage A5 notebook £5.00 or a multi-coloured pencil design.
A pencil case is a must and there's a huge range from the Paperchase Leopard print flat case £4.00 or your older students might like to use a Superdry Neon beauty case £10.00 instead.
They'll need bags, backpacks and satchels as well and there are just too many to choose from, but we're keen to continue the summer with the Superdry Super Satchel fluro blue £44.99 or True Montana Rucksack £34.99.
Shoes are essential and there's a huge range from Start-Rite at House of Fraser for growing feet. For older girls we'd look at teaming the great Office Big Bang boots £70.00 with our preppy jeans and jacket combo.
So if your beloved offspring are a little more fashion-conscious or too old for school uniform and you need some ideas, don't forget to bring them to Fremlin Walk for some kit they'll be keen to go back to school in!
